1. Mgr. Daniel Macek, advokát operating the law firm MACEK.LEGAL, with its registered seat Haštalská 1072/6, Praha 1 – Staré Město, ID No.: 76416933, the controller of the website www.macek.legal (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

For this purpose, the Controller processes your date of birth or identification number and email address to which it sends the birthday wish together with the special offer. You can unsubscribe from these birthday offers at any time.

• Withdraw consent at any time,
• Request from the Controller information on what personal data it processes,
• Request access to this data from the Controller and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions,
• Request the Controller to delete this personal data; the Controller will delete it if this deletion is not in conflict with legal regulations or its legitimate interests,
• To portability and the right to request a copy of the personal data processed,
• File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection and exercise the right to effective judicial protection if you consider that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in breach of the Regulation.
