What Services Do We Offer?

Full Legal Service for Buying or Selling Property

Based on your specific situation, we will prepare and provide:

  • a reservation agreement or agreement on future purchase agreement,
  • the purchase agreement
  • escrow agreement for purchase price
  • the escrow agreement
  • the application to register ownership with the Land Registry
  • consultations on related legal matters (mortgages, easements, co-ownership, etc.)

Contract Drafting and Review

We will prepare or review contracts tailored to your needs, including intermediation contracts, reservation agreements, purchase and donation agreements, or lease agreements.

Legal Advice and Dispute Resolution

We offer legal consultations on specific property-related matters, such as co-ownership arrangements, tenants, easements, or Land Registry entries. We can also assist in case of a property dispute.

How Much Do Our Services Cost?

We offer a standard package of full legal services for buying or selling property.

The legal fee depends on the purchase price deposited in the escrow agreement:

Purchase price Legal Fee (excl. VAT)
Up to CZK 10 million CZK 12,000
Up to CZK 15 million CZK 15,000
Up to CZK 25 million CZK 20,000
Over 25 million CZK 25,000

The fee includes 5 hours of legal services. Any time exceeding this is charged at CZK 2,500/hour (excl. VAT).

Legal services may include, depending on your needs:

  • preparation of reservation agreement or agreement on future purchase agreement,
  • preparation of the purchase agreement
  • preparation of the escrow agreement for purchase price
  • preparation of the escrow agreement
  • preparation of the application for the entry in the Land Registry
  • arranging attorney escrow of the purchase price

In other cases, fees are determined individually based on the scope and complexity of services. Whenever possible, we provide an estimated cost in advance. With us, you always know where you stand.
