• Company formation, including the processing of all legal and contractual documentation, ensuring registration in the Trade Register and Commercial Register
• Assistance in arranging the registered seat of a company (with our cooperating partners), if you don’t have your own premises
• Company changes (e.g. changes in shares, members and directors of the company, setting of a memorandum of association and changes in the Commercial Register)
• Company liquidation (ensuring legal steps leading to the termination of the company’s business, i.e. its dissolution and deletion from the Commercial Register)
• Loans of members a company and their capitalisation, registered capital increase
• Contracts for the performance (of directors), management contracts
• Organization of general meetings (preparation of documents, approval of financial statements, etc…), in case of a legal requirement in cooperation with a notary
